In addition to my Marketing and Communications skills, I am also an accomplished photographer, specializing in the unique lighting of nature and close-up details.

THIS PAGE IS UNDER CONTRUCTION.

Left: "With Apologies to Jonathan Swift" is one of my favorite photos. I placed the baby in spotlight to create shadow in an otherwise bright room so that the focus would be on the child's facial expression.

I forget how the baby ended up in the lobster pot; I only remember that he was playing with his older cousins.

Left: "A Secret Garden", taken in Baxter State Park (Millinocket, ME), was once featured on the Maine Office of Tourism website.

Right: "Welcome to the Emerald City" was taken at sunrise on a late summer morning. The sun acted as a natural filter, turning the entire inlet green.

You would never guess this beautiful site was more of a swamp. I like finding beauty in unexpected places.

I also have a full portfolio of product photos I shot and edited for Leonard Valve Company; to view those, please visit Grainger.com. (Due to corporate copyrights, I cannot display them here.)

Below: "The Wind and the (Pussy)Willows."

Vincent Van Gogh is my favorite artist, and I thought this view reminiscent of his "Almond Blossoms." While the sky was as bright a blue as Vincent's eyes, it was far from a peaceful scene. A blustery day in early March, the wind was whipping so hard, I had to increase my shutter speed!
